A completed Booking Form together with a deposit of £250.00 per
person is required in order to make a definite booking. The
remaining amount due must be paid in full 90 days prior to departure.
We
care about our reputation and want you to enjoy your holiday and
continue to entrust your holiday arrangements to us in years to
come. Please spend a few minutes reading the Booking
Conditions as they form the basis of your contract with Magical
China. Magical Japan & Magical Indochina are special divisions
and trade names of Magical China Ltd.
Travel
Insurance
All
participants on our tours Must have adequate travel insurance
at time of booking. We require you to provide reference of your
insurance to us prior to travel.
Passport,
Visa and Health Requirements
For
passenger safety and enjoyment, you should be in good physical condition
to participate in all tours. Cruise ships and many destinations
in China, Mongolia and Indochina do not have facilities to accommodate
wheelchairs or physically challenged passengers.
China:
-Please ensure that you have a full valid passport and visa for
entry into China and that you have the required vaccinations as
recommended by your doctor. We provide a visa
service.
Tibet:
- Due to the extreme high altitude, a doctor's certificate is recommended
stating that the traveller is fit to travel and his / her blood
pressure and heart condition is normal.
Japan:
- British travellers do not require a visa for our holidays to Japan.
Vietnam,
Cambodia & Laos: Visa's are required (local payment is required
for visa stamping at arrival airports in each country).
For
Vietnam an official Visa letter of arrival is required prior
to your departure and arrival in Vietnam. Please contact us if you
require this service (fee required).
Pre-Departure
Information
Tickets
and travel documents are emailed or dispatched by Registered post to ensure the
safety of delivery. Complaints In
the unlikely event that you feel dissatisfaction with aspect of your holiday arrangement
we ask you to bring this to the attention of our representative at the time so
that the matter may be resolved right away. All efforts to rectify your complaint
will be made on the spot whilst you are at your resort. By informing our local
service provider/tour guide, they will be able to assist in rectifying your grievance
with minimal disruption to yourself and enable you to enjoy your stay. If the
matter cannot be put right on the spot you must ask our representative for a Holiday
Report Form which you must then complete in his or her presence. One copy will
be given to you and the other copy sent to head office. If you remain dissatisfied,
you must write to us within 15 days of return from your holiday quoting your booking
reference number. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached
to the letter of claim. Any complaint concerned with the arrangements for your
holiday will be dealt with carefully and fairly by our staff. Privacy
Policy Your
personal information will be used solely for the purpose of contacting you to
enable Magical China Ltd to arrange and book a suitable holiday package for you.
It will not be sold or passed on to any unauthorised 3rd party. You should inform
and obtain permission from other individuals who are travelling with you before
you pass on their personal information. Tour
